I bought the fictional Trail Day backpack a month ago because I needed one bag for college and short weekend trips. It is light, and the shoulder straps are comfortable even when I carry several books. The most useful feature is the large side pocket. I can reach my water bottle without opening the main part of the bag. However, the small inside pocket has no zip, so I do not trust it with loose coins. I use a separate purse instead. Overall, the backpack is a good choice for students who want a simple everyday bag. I would not recommend it for long hiking trips because it does not have enough space for much extra equipment.
