Last month, Amir took his broken lamp to a repair café at the local library. He expected to pay, but the volunteers offered their help for free. A volunteer named Rosa showed him how to replace a damaged wire. While they worked, Amir talked to a student who was fixing a chair. The lamp worked again after twenty minutes. Amir decided to return the following month, this time to help other visitors repair bicycles.
