Original fictional learning scenario. People, dialogue and personal experiences are created for language practice.
When I helped my cousin prepare a CV, we first made it longer. We listed every task from every summer job. Then we read the vacancy again and realised most of the details did not help the employer understand her suitability. We kept the experiences that showed relevant skills and added clear examples.
'Good with people' became a brief description of helping customers during busy shifts. We did not invent responsibilities or copy impressive language she could not explain. A friend checked the dates and spelling before she sent it. The final CV was shorter, but it gave a more useful picture of what she could actually contribute to that particular role.
