See an illustrative response
This proposal recommends introducing a quiet zone in the shared study room. Students currently struggle to concentrate when group discussions take place nearby. A clearly marked area with bookable desks would address this without excluding collaborative work. The change could be trialled for one month. A short survey and a comparison of desk usage would indicate whether it meets students’ needs. Some rearrangement would be necessary, but existing furniture could be reused.
This example illustrates structure and tone and may be shorter than the suggested range. Develop your own response.
