Original fictional learning scenario. People, dialogue and personal experiences are created for language practice.

Sara and Max are looking for a flat. The first flat has a large kitchen, but it is far from their jobs. The second is near a station, but its windows face a busy road. The third is smaller and has no balcony. However, it is quiet and close to a park. Sara works at home twice a week, so quiet rooms are important to her. Max wants a short journey to work. They choose the third flat. They can sit in the park when they want to be outside.
