Nina is a runner. She gets up at six and eats a small breakfast. At seven she meets her coach at the sports centre. They practice for an hour. Then Nina goes to her job at a bookshop. She works until three. In the evening she sometimes runs again, but Wednesday is different: she rests and visits friends. Nina keeps a notebook about her training. She writes about difficult days as well as good ones. Her next race is on Sunday. Her family plans to watch from near the finish line.
