Original fictional learning scenario. People, dialogue and personal experiences are created for language practice.

I have tried three new things this year. In January, I joined a cooking class. My first soup was too salty, but the next one tasted better. In May, I travelled alone to visit my cousin. I got on the wrong bus, asked for help and arrived an hour late. Last month, I spoke at a school event. My hands were shaking, but I finished my speech. None of these experiences was perfect. Still, each one showed me that a mistake does not have to end an activity. I am keeping a list of things I want to try next.
