Original fictional learning scenario. People, dialogue and personal experiences are created for language practice.

Last month I took my first trip alone. I chose a town two hours from home and stayed for one night. Before leaving, I saved the hotel address and told my sister my plan. I arrived in daylight, so finding the hotel was easy. At dinner, I felt strange sitting alone. Then I took out my notebook and wrote about the day. The next morning I joined a walking tour and met two friendly visitors. I enjoyed choosing my own activities, but I was also happy to talk to people.
